The Spider-Man Doppelganger is a near-mindless duplicate of Spider-Man created by Magus during the Infinity War battle, he grows to see Shriek as a mother figure.

Carnage[]
The Doppelganger comes out of hiding when he senses Shriek is being moved from Ravencroft Institute to Halltech and tries to free her but is killed by Royal Blue. Somehow he comes back to life when his body is moved to Halltech as Shriek is put under severe stress. He goes to her aid but is nearly killed again till Frances', alter ego Shriek returns and saves him. He is beaten by Scorn during the fight in New York City and is later seen with Cletus Kasady who has found where Michael Hall is hiding and tortures Michael for Cletus.
