The Enforcers are a group of men brought together by Norman Osborn as hired muscle.

They appear during a rally by May Parker and tie her up in an attempt to silence her. Ben Urich intervenes and stops them.

The group slowly disintegrates as Fancy Dan dies at the hands of a group of Spiders. After Norman is sent to prison the group seems to have disbanded and are not seen again.
